- Each Machine may have several Till Numbers assigned to it.
- Each Till Number may be assigned to several Machines.
- Each Machine may also have several Drawer Numbers assigned to it.
- Drawer Number 0 and Drawer Number 9999 allow all Clerks to log on.
- Any other Drawer Number restricts access to only Clerks who have been assigned the same Till Number as the Till Number assigned to that drawer, or Till Number 0, which allows unlimited access to all drawers.
