The options available in the Database Manager - Special Menu include:
Variance - Adjust Quantity On Hand (used for Physical Inventory counts).
Edit Store Credits - Opens the Store Credits screen from which Customer Store Credits may be edited.
Edit KeyGift Cards - Opens the KeyGift Cards screen from which card information may be edited.
Edit Time Clock - Edit Time Clock Entries for Clerks.
Summarize History - Summarize Sales/Purchase Totals for Inventory, Customers, Vendors, Clerks.
Till Assignments - Allows tills to be assigned to either a Clerk or to a drawer/machine. Available only if Till Tracking is enabled.
