The Edit Store Credits option under the Special menu opens the Store Credits screen from which Customer Store Credits may be edited on the Edit Store Credits for Customer Screen. Audit entries are recorded for changes made using this function.
Use of Store Credits (and KeyGift Cards) in a MultiStore environment requires the use of a shared Customer Database.
