Database Manager - Menus - Record Menu

The options available in the Database Manager - Record Menu include:

Add - Add new records to the current database.

Edit - [F3] Edit existing records in the current database.

Undo - Cancel changes made to the current database record.

Hide/Show - Hide active records or show inactive records in the current database.

Delete - Delete existing records from the current database.

Recall - Restore deleted records to the current database.

Field Merge - [F8] Copy data from the selected field in the previously viewed record to the current record.

Merge - [Shift]+[F8] Copy all the data from the previously viewed record to the current record.
