Database Manager - Menus - Record - Merge

The Merge function, [Shift]+[F8], is used to copy all the information from a previous record to the current record.

To use Merge

- Navigate to the record from which all the information is to be copied.
- Navigate to the record into which all the information is to be pasted (use Record-Add to copy the information to a new record).
- Select Merge from the Record menu or press [Shift]+[F8]. All the information from the previous record is copied to the current record.
