The Display Customer Entry Parameter defines the additional Customer data fields to be displayed on the Enter Customer screen. Available fields include: Phone2, Cell Phone, Fax, Email, Name, Address, County, Country, Comment, Contact (Ship To:), Age, Amount Due, Total Purchases, and Last Purchase Date.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Sales Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Entry.
- Select the Customer Entry button on the Entry Parameters screen.
- Choose the desired Display fields on the Customer Entry Parameters screen Display fields.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the Display field options ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
