The Display - Contact (Ship To:) Customer Entry Parameter enables the display of the wide-format Enter Customer screen with Contact (Ship To:) information.
If Display - Contact (Ship To:) is enabled:
- The wide-format Enter Customer screen is displayed.
- The default Contact information is displayed if the Customer has one.
- If the Customer does not have a default Contact, the Customer's information is displayed in its place.
If Display - Contact (Ship To:) is disabled:
- If the Customer does not have a default Contact, the narrow-format Enter Customer screen is displayed.
- If the Customer has a default Contact, the wide-format Enter Customer screen is displayed.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Sales Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Entry.
- Select the Customer Entry button on the Entry Parameters screen.
- Select Display - Contact (Ship To:) on the Customer Entry Parameters screen.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
Note: If the Contact (Ship To:) field is not displayed, press [Ctrl]+[F6] to display the Contact Lookup List to select one of the Customer's Contacts.
