Sales Manager - Parameters - Sales Entry - Customer Entry - Disable Customer Note

The Disable Customer Note Customer Entry Parameter prevents the automatic display of the Customer Note (the contents of the Note field on the Customer Database Main Screen) when a Customer is added to a sales transaction.

If Disable Customer Note is enabled the Customer Note is not automatically displayed.

If Disable Customer Note is disabled the Customer Note is automatically displayed.

To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Sales Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Entry.
- Select the Customer Entry button on the Entry Parameters screen.
- Select Disable Customer Note on the Customer Entry Parameters screen.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
