The Number/Date function screen is used to change the Transaction Number and/or Transaction Date/Time. This screen may also be displayed by clicking either the No. or the Date field at the top of the transaction Item Entry Screen.
Number - Enter a new number for the transaction.
Date - Enter the new Date for the transaction.
Time - Enter the new Time for the transaction.
Note: Do NOT enter a number equal to or lower than any existing transaction number for any Transaction Type that will be affected by the change because it may cause duplicate transaction numbers to be created.
