Purchase Manager - Parameters - Update - Don't Update Open Orders List

The Don't Update Open Orders List Update Parameter prevents the Open Orders list from being updated when Purchase Orders are saved, decreasing the amount of time required to save Purchase Orders.

When enabled, Keystroke does not update the Open Orders list when Purchase Orders are saved/edited.

When disabled, Keystroke updates the Open Orders list when Purchase Orders are saved/edited.

Note: The Receive Open Orders function located in the Special Menu relies on the Open Orders List to work correctly. If planning on using this function, the Don't Update Open Orders List Update Parameter should never be enabled.

To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Purchase Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Update.
- Select Don't Update Open Orders List on the Update Parameters screen.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
