The Delete Completed Transaction Save Parameter is available only if Convert When is set to Items Shipped. When the all the items on the transaction have been shipped and are saved on a Sales Invoice, the original transaction is automatically deleted.
When enabled, and all of the line items on a transaction have been completely shipped, the original transaction is automatically deleted.
When disabled, and all of the line items on a transaction have been completely shipped, the original transaction is not deleted.
To enable the Delete Completed Transaction Parameter for a Transaction Type:
- Select Transaction Type from the Configuration Manager Settings menu.
- Select the Transaction Type from the list.
- Select Save Parameters on the Transaction Type setup screen.
- On the Save Parameters screen, select Delete Completed Transaction.
- Use the SpaceBar or the left mouse button to enable the setting.
- When enabled, it is marked with an X.
