Configuration Manager - Menus - Settings - Sales Transaction Types - Parameters - Complete Sale - Fields Displayed - On Account

The On Account Complete Sale Display Fields Parameter displays the total amount paid on the sale using Sales Payment Types of Type-Credit (On Account).

When enabled, this total is displayed below the Tendered, Remaining, and Change amounts.

When disabled, the On Account total is not displayed.

To enable display On Account:

- Select Sales Transactions from the Configuration Manager Settings menu.
- Select the desired Transaction Type from the pop-up list.
- Select Complete Sale from the Parameters box on the Transaction Type setup screen.
- On the Complete Sale Parameters screen under Fields Displayed, select On Account.
- Use the SpaceBar or the left mouse button to enable the setting.
- When enabled, it is marked with an X.

Format:
X = ON
blank = OFF
Switch ON and OFF using SpaceBar
