The Use Last Cost parameter uses the Last Cost (instead of the Average Cost) from the Inventory Database record to determine the cost of Variance items.
If Enabled, Last Cost is used to determine the cost of items on the Variance.
If Disabled, Average Cost is used to determine the cost of items on the Variance.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Variance Menu.
- Select Use Last Cost.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
