The Post Items w/ 0 Variance parameter saves all items when posting a Variance, including those with 0 in the Variance Quantity (Var) column. This parameter does not affect the way that UnPosted Variances are saved.
If Enabled, Posted Variances include items with a 0 variance quantity and the items' Last Count field is updated.
If Disabled, Posted Variances do not include items with a 0 variance quantity. This includes items for which the Physical count equals the QOH and Auto Filled items for which no Physical count has been entered.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Variance Menu.
- Select Post Items w/ 0 Variance.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
