The Include Qty Allocated in QOH parameter includes the Allocated Quantity from the Inventory Database record in the Variance QOH column.
If Enabled, the QOH column includes the Quantity on Hand plus the Allocated Quantity.
If Disabled, the QOH column does not include the Allocated Quantity.
If both Include Qty Allocated and Include Qty on Layaway are Enabled, the QOH column includes the Quantity on Hand plus Allocated Quantity plus Layaway Quantity.
If both Include Qty Allocated and Include Qty on Layaway are Disabled, the QOH column includes only the Quantity on Hand.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Variance Menu.
- Select Include Qty Allocated in QOH.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
