Access the Change Password Utility by selecting Change Password from the Utilities menu.
The Change Password Utility is used to change the active (currently logged in) Clerk's password.
When a Clerk's password expires, Keystroke requires the Clerk to enter a new one.
The Passwords Parameters define the new password strength entry requirements (for length, duration, entry attempts, case sensitivity, and number of required letters, numbers and symbols) for the Change Password Utility.
For non-Administrator level Clerks, the password's duration, as defined by the Password Parameters, can be overridden by using the Expiration Date field on the Clerk database record.
The Change Password Utility prompts for the following:
Old Password - Enter the current password.
New Password - Enter a new password.
Confirm Password - Re-enter the new password.
