Sales Manager - Tax Code

The column labeled T on the Sales Transaction Item Entry screen displays the item's Tax Code.

The Tax Formula that Keystroke applies to the line item is determined by the item's Tax Code and the Customer's Tax Table.

By default, the Tax Code column lists the Tax Code assigned to the item on its Inventory database record.

To change the Tax Code:

- Navigate to the Tax Code column.

- Press [Ins] to display the Tax Code Lookup List.

- Select the desired Tax Code from the list.

- Press [Enter].

Note: The Tax Code change affects only the current line item. It does not change the Tax Code assigned on the item's Inventory database record.
