The Ship SubTotal at the bottom of the Sales Transaction Item Entry screen represents the total amount shipped for all of the line items and does not include taxes, shipping, or other costs.
To display the Ship SubTotal, the Sales Transaction Type must have the following Sales Transaction Entry parameter settings:
Available Qty Columns:
OnOrd/Ship - ON
OnOrd/Ship - Display Shipped Totals - OFF
Sales Transaction Types that display the Ship SubTotal by default:
Special Order
Service Order
All Sales Transaction Types can be set to display the Ship SubTotal.
