The Reload Line Items function reloads the information for each line item from the Inventory database and then recalculates the price of each item based on the updated information, current customer, and price formulas IF the "Reload each line item?" message prompt is OK'd. If the "Reload each line item?" message prompt is Cancelled, prices are not recalculated.
For most items, all fields are updated except the Quantity and Comment fields. For Matrix items, the Class and Extended Description fields are not changed. The price and cost information is not changed on Component Items or items with Base Price = $0.00.
Note: Reload Line Items should not be used if the Sales Transaction contains Scripted items that had their price or cost changed by the Roll Up Price or Role Up Cost Script parameters.
