Apply funds (Cash, Check, Visa/MC, etc.) to a customer's account without leaving Sales Manager and without having to apply the payment to specific open invoices and/or finance charges.
Customer - Enter a Customer Number. Press [Ins] to display the Enter Customer screen.
Payment - Press Enter to select the Payment Type.
Info - Press Enter to display the Payment Information screen.
Print - Print a copy of the Credit Memo.
Save - Save the Credit Memo without printing it.
Cancel - Exit without saving the Credit Memo.
Note: Keystroke automatically saves the Credit Memo after printing it. The Credit Memo function supports up to three Print Buttons to print additional forms. To reprint a credit memo at a later time, go to Accounts Receivables and use the Payment-Edit-Credit Memo function.
