The MultiStore Purchase Order Parameters (available only with Keystroke Advanced licenses) define how MultiStore Purchase Orders function and are used to enable the MultiStore Purchase Order Transaction Type, to set the default Purchase Transaction Type to MultiStore Order, to open new MultiStore Orders in Reserved mode, to set whether or not the Inventory Max Qty field is included on the MultiStore Allotments screen for each line item, and to set the Security Level required to edit the Re-Order Qtys (MinQty, OrderQty, and MaxQty fields) from the MultiStore Allotments screen.
Note: These parameters are available only if the Keystroke license includes MultiStore and more than one store is set up in Store Link.
Edit Stores List - Displays the Stores List.
Enable MultiStore Purchase Orders - Enable the MultiStore Purchase Order Transaction Type.
Default to MultiStore Mode - Set the default Purchase Transaction Type to MultiStore
Order.
New MS Order starts in Reserved mode - Open new MultiStore Orders in Reserved mode.
Display Max Qty - Display the Inventory Max Qty field on the MultiStore Allotments screen.
Security Level to Edit Re-Order Qtys - Set the Security Level required to edit the Re-Order Qtys (MinQty, OrderQty and MaxQty fields) from the MultiStore Allotments screen.
Detail Display File - Defines the Line Item information to be displayed in the Line Item Detail Box.
