The Start Transaction List In Quick View Entry Parameter enables the Transaction Lookup List to be displayed using the Quick View Mode (which is normally displayed only after the Transaction Search function is used). Quick View Mode displays the details of the currently selected transaction in a window above the Transaction Lookup List. The Lookup List itself is shortened to make room for the detail display window.
If Start Transaction List In Quick View is enabled the Transaction Lookup List is displayed using the Quick View Mode.
If Start Transaction List In Quick View is disabled the Transaction Lookup List is displayed in Standard View Mode.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Purchase Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Entry.
- Select Start Transaction List In Quick View on the Entry Parameters screen.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
Note: Select the Quick View button at the top of the Transaction Lookup List or press [Ctrl]+[F3] to toggle between Quick View Mode and Standard View Mode.
