The Expected on Date Display Parameter enables the display of the Expected on Date (the date the Order is expected to be received) field on the Complete Purchase Transaction screen. The
Inventory item database record Expected Date field is updated when the Expected On Date is saved with a Purchase Transaction.
If Expected on Date is enabled, the Expected on Date field is displayed on the Complete Purchase Transaction screen.
If Expected on Date is disabled, the Expected on Date field is not displayed.
To set this parameter:
- Select Parameters from the Purchase Manager Transaction Menu.
- Select Display.
- Select Expected on Date on the Display Parameters screen.
- Use the mouse or the [Space Bar] to turn the parameter ON or OFF.
- Select [OK] or press [F10] to save.
