Database List Editor Contents

The Database List Editor is used to create and manage Valid Entries Lists for most Keystroke database fields. A Valid Entries List is a list of values that are accepted for entry into a database field. Each database field may have its own Valid Entries List. Most, but not all, database fields support Valid Entries Lists. Fields that do not support Valid Entries Lists include fields that require a unique value for each record and fields that display the Lookup List screen when [Ins] or [F2] are selected.
