Database Manager - Vendor Database - Main Screen - Last Purchase

The Last Purchase field displays the date of the Vendor's most recent Purchase Invoice and is displayed on the Enter Vendor for Purchase Transaction screen.

It is automatically updated when Purchase Invoices are saved.

Note: The Last Purchase date is not updated if the Vendor's Last Purchase date is later than the transaction date (which may happen if it is necessary to predate a Purchase Transaction or edit an old Purchase Transaction).
