The Go To Record function [F3] is used to locate existing records in the current database. It displays the Database Lookup List showing all the records in the database. The record sort order is defined by the current List Sort.
Select a record from the Lookup List to view or edit it.
Pressing [F10] or moving to another record automatically saves the changes to the current record.
Note: Database records should never be left open after editing and changes should be saved as soon as they are verified to be accurate because database records are frequently opened for editing by other functions such as Sales and Receiving.
