The Closeout Item flag is used to identify items that are no longer active. Common uses include:
- Reports filters and export filters.
- Identify items for clearance pricing.
- Use with Search & Replace to enable the On Sale flag to force the use of Sale Price rather than Base Price.
- Use with Search & Hide/Delete.
- Use with Search & Update Price.
