[Ctrl]+[F2] - Keystroke Information File or Picture Viewer

Video Screenshot

Keystroke Information File: Writes current database information to the file named d#.KFO where d is the database and # is the machine number. Works when Picture Viewer is disabled.

For Example: If on Machine#2, Inventory Stock #15 is displayed or highlighted, and [Ctrl]+[F2] is pressed; the file INV2.KFO is created in the current data folder with detailed data pertaining to Stock Number 15 (and also including information about the Clerk who pressed [Ctrl]+[F2]).

Picture Viewer: The Picture Viewer displays a picture image file (.BMP, .JPG, .GIF, .PNG) located in the Data\Photos folder based on the file name format "D###.ext" where "D" represents the database (I,C,O,V,K,D,T,L,X), "###" is the database record number, and "ext" is the image file name extension.

For Example: If Stock #15 is displayed or highlighted, and [Ctrl]+[F2] is pressed, the file I15.JPG is displayed (if it exists in the Data\Photos folder). Examples may be found in the Keystroke Sample Data.
