Configuration Manager - Menus - Tables - Sales Payment Types - Settings - Print in Tax Loop on Forms

The Sales Payment Types Print in Tax Loop on Forms setting prints the payment in the Tax Loop section instead of the Payment Loop section (and its amount is reversed) on forms. This parameter should be used only with payment types that are set to balance out "Discount/Surcharge", "Round To", and "Gratuity To" amounts on other payments. Also note that if enabled, the forms must contain both a Tax Loop and a Payment Loop or the totals will not add up.

To enable the Print in Tax Loop on Forms setting for a Sales Payment Type:

- Select Sales Payment Types from the Configuration Manager Tables Menu.

- Select the Payment Type from the list.

- Press [Enter] to display the Payment Type Settings screen.

- Enable the Print in Tax Loop on Forms setting.
