Configuration Manager - Menus - Tables - Sales Payment Types - Settings - Min. Amount

The Sales Payment Types Min. Amount setting defines the value that the payment amount must be equal to or greater than. If the Payment is less than the Min. Amount value, the payment amount is automatically changed to the Min. Amount value and cannot be edited to a smaller amount (a different payment type must be used to pay the smaller amount to complete the sales transaction). The default setting is Null, meaning the setting is disabled.

To enable the Min. Amount setting for a Sales Payment Type:

- Select Sales Payment Types from the Configuration Manager Tables Menu.

- Select the Payment Type from the list.

- Press [Enter] to display the Payment Type Settings screen.

- Enter an amount in the Min. Amount setting.
