Configuration Manager - Menus - Settings - Sales Transaction Types - Parameters - Update - Total Sold

The Total Sold Update Parameter updates each item's Inventory database record Total Sold field when the transaction is saved.

When enabled, the Total Sold field on the Inventory database record is updated by the quantity of the item on the sales transaction.

When disabled, the Total Sold field is not displayed.

To enable update Total Sold:

- Select Transaction Type from the Configuration Manager Settings menu.
- Select the Transaction Type from the pop-up list.
- Select Update Parameters in the Transaction Type setup screen.
- On the Update Parameter screen, select Total Sold.
- Use the SpaceBar or the left mouse button to enable the setting.
- When enabled, it is marked with an X.

X = ON
blank = OFF
Switch ON and OFF using SpaceBar
