Configuration Manager - Menus - Settings - Parameters - Fixed Decimal Point

When enabled, the Fixed Decimal Point parameter automatically inserts the decimal point when numbers are entered in money fields.

The decimal point is inserted based on the Money Decimal Points setting. This setting is usually 2, so a number entered without a decimal point has one inserted on the left of the 2nd digit from the right (same as dividing by 100). For example, 12345 is converted to 123.45.

Note: This parameter may be overridden by including the decimal in the number when it is entered.

To enable Fixed Decimal Point:

Select Parameters from the Configuration Manager Settings menu.

Select Fixed Decimal Point with the mouse or [Spacebar] so that it is marked with an X.

When enabled currency values are entered as follows:
1 = $0.01
10 = $0.10
125 = $1.25
1. = $1.00
1.5 = $1.50

When disabled, currency values are entered as follows:
1 = $1.00
10 = $10.00
125 = $125.00
1. = $1.00
1.5 = $1.50
