The Check Transaction Lock Closeout Parameter determines if Closeout Date/Time Ranges from before the Transaction Lock Date.

When Enabled - A Closeout Date/Time Range from before the Transaction Lock Date may not be used.

When Disabled - A Closeout Date/Time Range from before the Transaction Lock Date may be used.

Note: This parameter should be enabled if using the Accounting Link or MultiStore extensions.
