Accounts Receivable - Menus - Statements - Settings - Print Forms (4-6) For

The Email Forms For setting (available only with Keystroke Advanced licenses)and Forms 4-6 Print Buttons are used to email statements for the type of Customers defined by the Email Forms For setting.

The Email Forms For settings include:

None - Forms are not printed.

Print Customers Only - Only customers with the Print Stmnts field enabled.

Email Customers Only - Only customers with the Email Stmnts field enabled.

Both Print and Email Customers - Customers with either field enabled.

No Print/Email Customers Only - Only Customers with both Print and Email Stmnts fields disabled.

All Customers - All Customers, regardless of their Print and Email Stmnts field status.

The Forms 4-6 Print Buttons work the same way as the Print Buttons controlled in Configuration Manager.
