The SubtractTax=On (Dashboard only) setting is used to exclude sales tax from the amount displayed in the Dashboard "Total Sales:" field in the upper left corner.
Has the same effect as the SubtractTax=On startup switch.
Example: SubtractTax=On
Default: Dashboard includes sales tax in the amount displayed in the Total Sales field.
