INI File Setting - DateShift

The DataShift setting is used to force the current date/time in Keystroke to be shifted by the specified number of days/hours. This setting is normally used only temporarily to allow the entry of multiple older transactions without the need to change the date for each one (or change the system date on the computer).

The value entered is in Days (use a fraction of a day to shift the time). The value can be positive or negative.

Has the same effect as the DateShift startup switch.

Usage:
DateShift=-1 - shift the date back by one day.
DateShift=-30 - shift the date back by thirty days.
DateShift=0.04167 - shift the time ahead by one hour.

Default:
The computer system's date and time.
