Access the Query function by pressing [F12] or [Shift]+[F3] from anywhere in Keystroke
or by selecting Query from the Utilities menu.. The Query function provides the ability to select and view records from any of the Keystroke databases.
The Query menu displays the list of Keystroke databases:
Inventory
Customer
Vendor
Clerk
Department
Category
Location
A database may be selected, followed by a record from that database, which then may be viewed by pressing [Enter] or edited by pressing [F3], or a new database record may be added by pressing [Ins].
Press [Esc] as many times as necessary to back out of the Query function either partially or completely - one step at a time.
