The Number, Date, and/or Time for a Store Transfer Transaction can be set by using the Number/Date option under the Transfer Menu.
Enter the new Number, Date, and/or Time and select Ok to save the changes.
When OK is selected, a prompt asks if the number counter for future transfers should be changed.
Select YES to number future transfers in sequence, beginning with the new number.
Note: Do not enter a number equal to or lower than the number of an existing Store Transfer Transaction. Doing so results in duplicate Store Transfer Transaction numbers.
Select NO if the new Store Transfer Transaction number is for the current transfer only.
Note: The Date and Time adjustments apply only to the current transfer. Later transfers will be dated by the system clock at the time they are completed.
