Scripts Report

The Inventory Scripts Report displays a list of Scripted Items and their respective Scripts.


The Scripted Items setting is used to:

Select the Sort By order. Sort options include:

Description
Product Code
Stock Number
Class
Manufacturer
ID Number

The Detail setting is used to select the level of Scripted Item report detail:

Summary - displays scripted items without script details.
Detail - displays scripted items and includes a list of each scripted item's scripts.

Range - used to limit the display of Scripted Items based on the sort order. If Sort By is set to Description, then Range must be set to a range of Descriptions.

Max # of Items - used to print 1 page reports or for Top 10 reporting.

Filter - used to limit the display of Scripted Items based on filter criteria conditions.

Don't Print if Empty - used to exclude the item display if the Sort result doesn't contain anything.

The Form setting is used to select report formats available for use with the report.


The Print To setting is used to select printing to the Screen, a Printer, or a File.

Printer Name - used to select a printer from the list.

File Name - used to select the file name (including optional path) and format of the output file.
