Report Manager - Options Screen - Report Form List

The Report Form Files List displays all the forms available for use with the current Report.

There are two types of Forms:

- Standard Forms are part of the standard Keystroke installation and include a variety of formats for most reporting requirements.

- Custom Forms may be created using the Report Editor included with Keystroke Advanced.

From the Report Form Files List:

Press [Enter] to select a Report Form to print.

Press [F9] to toggle the list sort from Description to File Name.

Press [F3] to edit a Form.

Press [Ins] to create a new Form. Note: It is recommended, and much easier, to edit a Form instead of creating a new Form.

Press [Delete] to delete a Form. Note: Only custom Forms may be deleted (standard Forms may not be deleted).
