The Print Transaction Comments option (sometimes labeled just Comments) displays the contents of the Transaction Comments field on the report.
When Print Transaction Comments is enabled, Transaction Comments are included on the report.
When Print Transaction Comments is disabled, Transaction Comments are excluded from the report.
