The Date/Time Range option controls the period of time for which information is to be included on the report.

Starting Date/Time - The earliest date and time for which information is to be included on the report.

Ending Date/Time - The latest date and time for which information is to be included on the report.

Change Range To: - Included with Keystroke Advanced licenses only are buttons to quickly set the Date/Time range for: Yesterday, Today, Last Month, This Month, Last Year, or This Year. A label just below the Starting and Ending Date fields displays the currently selected Change Range To option and the Date/Time range is set to match.

Shortcut By Month - Enter the 3 character code for a month in the Starting Date field to set both the Start and End dates to that month. For example, entering "Nov" sets the Start Date to "11/01/20" and the End Date to "11/30/20". The 3 characters may be entered using either upper or lower case characters (case insensitive). Also, enter the 3 character code in the Ending Date field to set that date to the end of the month that was entered.

Click the This Month button when the range is already set to "MTD" (Month To Date) to set the date range to the full month. Click the This Month button again to set it back to "MTD". The Last Month, This Year, and Last Year buttons also work in a similar way.
