Report Manager - Menus - Matrix - Database

Vendor Settings - Sort, group, and filter Vendors for this report.

Department Settings by Department/Category/Location Settings - Sort, group, and filter Departments, Categories, or Locations for this report.


Inventory Settings - Sort, group, and filter Inventory for this report.

Additional Inventory Settings options:

ReOrder Only - Include only items for which the Quantity On Hand is below the sum of the Minimum Quantity + the On Order Quantity.

In Stock Only - Include information only for items with Quantity On Hand greater than zero.

On Sale Only - Include information only for items designated as On Sale.

Print Comments - Include the Inventory record's Comment field on the report.

Hidden Records - Exclude, include, or print only Hidden records.

Printed Price - Select the Price/Cost field to be printed on the report.

Price Table - Select a Price Table used to determine the price printed on the report.

Price Date - Select the date used to determine the price printed on the report.

Exclude Service Items - Do not include information for items designated as a Service Item.

Exclude NonSale Items - Do not include information for items in Departments with NonSale enabled.

Exclude Non-Matrixed Items - Do not include information for items without a Matrix Table.

Roll Child into Parent - Combine a Child item with its Parent.

Show Parent/Child - Display the Stock Number of the Parent Item for the Child item.

Parent/Child Items Only - Display only items that have a Parent Item or Child Item.

Add Allocated to QOH - Adds the Allocated Qty to the QOH.

Add Layaway to QOH - Adds the Layaway Qty to the QOH.

Leave QOH Blank - Print a blank in place of quantity On Hand (to use as an inventory count sheet).


Matrix Item Settings - Group and filter Matrix Items for this report.

Additional Matrix Item Settings options:
