From the Template Menu, select Auto Produce.
Auto Produce automatically searches all existing Production Item Templates, that have the Auto Produce parameter enabled, for Production Items that need to be produced.
A Production Item Template qualifies for Auto Produce if:
- The Auto Produce parameter in the Production Item Template is enabled (ON) AND the Production Item's current Quantity On Hand is less than its Minimum Quantity (as displayed on the Inventory database Order Data screen).
When Auto Produce finds a Production Item that needs to be produced, it generates a Production Run.
The Qty To Make for Production Item Templates run by Auto Produce is based on the Production Item's Order Qty (as displayed on the Inventory database Order Data screen).
Costs for Production Runs generated by Auto Produce are based on those saved in the Production Item Template.
