Displays information regarding the item, record, or setting in editable form where and when it is appropriate to do so.
For example:
When [F3] is pressed in any field of a line item on an Invoice, Keystroke displays the Line Item Detail screen for that item which contains many editable fields.
When [F3] is pressed in the Database Manager, Keystroke switches between the appropriate Lookup List and the Database record for the selected item. If the Clerk does not have the security level to edit the record, the record is automatically displayed in View Only mode (as long as the Clerk has the security to view the record).
