The Value Column displayed on the Edit Valid Entries screen is used to enter Valid Entry Values for the database record field. Multiple Valid Entry Values may be entered for a single database record field.
A description of each Valid Entry Value may be entered in the Description Column to help identify what each Value represents.
An Entry Code may be assigned to each Valid Entry Value in the Entry Code Column. Entry Codes are used to quickly select a Valid Entry Value direcctly from the database record field. For example, if a Valid Entry List Value for the Inventory Sale Unit field is "Each" and its Entry Code is "E", E may be entered in the Sale Unit Field on the Inventory Database record to enter the Each Valid Entry Value in that field.
