The Merge function updates fields in existing Keystroke database records with data from fields from matching records in the Import File. The Merge function requires the Merge By field be set to an option other than None.
The Replace function removes all of the existing records from the Keystroke database before importing the records from the Import File.
The Append function is not available when importing either Contacts or Matrix items.
