The Don't Merge Existing Items flag controls how records that exist in both the Import File AND in the Keystroke database are handled when the Import/Merge function runs.
- When ON, the Import/Merge function ignores records that exist in both the Import file and in the Keystroke database.
- When OFF, the Import/Merge function updates records that exist in both the Import file and in the Keystroke database.
