Keystroke Point of Sale Help

Configuration Manager - Menus - Tables - Tax - Tables - Tax Formulas - Allow SubTotal on Receipts

When the Allow SubTotal on Receipts setting is enabled, Keystroke maintains the tax amount for each District separately so each may be printed on Invoices and Receipts.

An invoice or receipt form that includes the Tax Loop - District Name field (such as KSP8X11X.NVC or STARTAXF.NVC) is required to print the separate amounts. Contact an Authorized Keystroke Point Of Sale Dealer to customize a Form File to print the Tax Loop - District Name field.

Note: If used, this setting should be enabled for all district formulas except for the main district. If the main district also has this setting enabled, a $0.00 is printed for that line, followed by the other districts.
