Configuration Manager - Menus - Tables - Purchases Payment Types - Settings - Default to $0.00

The Purchases Payment Types Default to $0.00 setting is used to automatically enter $0.00 as the payment amount. If disabled, the total for the Purchase Transaction is entered.

To enable the Default to $0.00 setting for a Purchases Payment Type:

- Select Purchases Payment Types from the Configuration Manager Tables Menu.

- Select the Payment Type from the list.

- Press [Enter] to display the Payment Type Settings screen.

- Enable the Default to $0.00 setting.
